George
Borowski is a fantastic singer songwriter.
I've
only know Dominic for a short amount of time. But he's a very likeable fella
and has some amusing/poignant songs about life in Manchester. From his favourite
pie shop to his bird spotting of Canadian Geese, there are some great moments
in his often touching songs
I've had the pleasure of meeting Phil a couple of times
at gigs. It's easy to make the Billy Bragg connection with Phils material but
that would be denying his own personal take on life. Kitchen sink love songs
very cleverly observed.
Andy
plays the keys on Martha. He the frontman of Manchester band The Candidates
who are currently having somewhat of a mini-revival in Japan. He will be playing
live at some of this summers gigs and is currently writing songs for his forthcoming
solo album

Dave
Gordon is a great singer songwriter and friend from Stockport Cheshire.Dave
and I first appeared on the same bill some three or so years ago at the legendary
Blue Cat Cafe. His album Perfect Stranger is a fav amongst the songwriting fraternity
in Manchester. Not unlike James Taylor he has a good ear for melody and writes
great heart felt lyrics.

Darren
is a singer songwriter from Tameside. He used to be the promoter of Tameside's
premier live music venue The Witchwood. In recent years however, Darren has established
himself as one of Manchester's leading lights in the acoustic arena.Songs of
Darren's that I have covered include "over The Moon" and "Sunday
Morning Footballer"- the best song I've ever heard written with football
as a metephor imho.Heart on sleeve performer, that writes a great lyric.
Originally
from Edinburgh, Colin is now based in Manchester. He released his album Paradise
Street to critical aclaim last year. He is ofter compared with the likes of
Neil Finn and Elvis Costello, but also has a very definate style of his own.
Colin and I toured Scotland last year and often share the bill on gigs all over
the UK.Colin has written some great pop gems
